Description
For the filling we were inspired by our land, Liguria, its aromas, its ancient gastronomic tradition and the “brandacujun greedy” ones were born. To make it elegant we have chosen to enclose this filling in a large oval format. The generous dimensions embellish it in originality with a perfect cut to be shown off on Christmas “menus”. This ravioli captures the authenticity of the flavors of Ligurian cuisine, offering a combination of simplicity and delicacy in a sophisticated format suitable for embellishing holiday menus. Manufactured in a facility that uses the following allergens:
